31st Poem: Adoration

Dearest my beloved, these are my letters for you,

Showing of how bright your smile is, lighting up the spirit of the old weary Earth

Voicing of how melodious your laughter is, mingling with the chatters of butterflies

Depicting of how graceful you dance is, weaving along with the jazzy wind's rhythm

So vibrant, so full of life, oh very much so beautiful

You are my spring of oasis in this barren desert of emptiness

You are my source of warmth among this biting coldness

You are my only light in this lonely punishing darkness

So alive, so ardent and very much so cheerful.

Hence, I am jealous of your lord,

The way you worship him with your lips.

The way you adore him with your eyes

The way you praise him with your limbs.

Oh how I am jealous of him.

Fading beside the dazzling rays of your lord's flame

Hidden among the festive clouds of your lord's sky

Shielded behind the glorious nether of your lord's throne,

Like an unsought guest in a gala.

Seeing, stalking,

Trailing, thinking,

Of you from afar.

Thus, dearest sunflower of mine,

Would you please smile for me?

Would you please sing for me?

Would you please dance with me?

I, who has always cherished you from the lone throne of the moon.

~End~

***

This poem is dedicated to my sunflower and well...let's just say I am kind of in a strange mood, not to mention that these days are rainy days thus, it does not really help my strange mood here. Anyway, it can be caused by the fact that I am currently abusing my mp3 player for playing Taylor Swift's Love Story over and over.

Anyway, happy reading and enjoy!

PS: I know it's been ages since I last updated my blog here -.-;
