38th Poem: Dear Mister (2nd Version)

Dear Mister

Dear Mister,

I remember of our first meet, of our flower seeds, one that you had especially planted for me.

I remember of our first letters, of the awkward and hopeful lines of letters you wrote that day, the day when you said your love.

I remember of our first time together, watering the plant and spending days together side by side.

I remember of our first kiss when we love each other, when we became one.

I remember of your sweet whisper, spoken of love promised in eternity.

I remember of our smiles, our laughs and our kisses.

I remember of our love.

Dear Mister,

I remember of that day when I waited.

I remember of a windy day when I was alone.

I remember of nights spent alone and cold.

I remember of our plants grew steadily, anchoring my faith, my love

I remember of the first bud, so delicate yet so hopeful

I remember of the first flower, a white rose, pristine pure white.

Dear Mister,

I remember of loud noises, ticking clocks, deafening boom, screeching wails

I remember of dust blown, ashes burnt and tears wept.

I remember of the heavy rain, drizzle becomes pouring shower.

I remember of the hardship endured by my heart, by our plant in harsh weather

I remember of the thunder and the fire.

I remember of our plants...withered...

Dear Mister,

I remember of us.

I remember of the pure white rose.

I remember of you.

I remember of the spilled blood.

I remember of love.

I remember of the exhilarating passion

I remember of what I was

I think of a red rose...

Dear Mister,

Love me, please...? Even if I am no more our pristine white rose.

Dear beloved,

You are my chaste red rose, my love.

~End~

(Dedicated to Honda Kiku, Japan, in APH-DJ, ' Haikei, Ogenki Desu ka')
