39th Poem: About Saying A Goodbye

About Saying A Goodbye

Dear my sunflower,

Hello,

How do you do?

I wish you are well.

Do you remember me?

The moon who adores you so

I, who miss your smile, your laughter

I, who love you from afar.

Alas I hear,

You have found your sun

One who will adore you, nurture you

and love you.

Whom,

Your lips will sing for

Your eyes will sight upon

Your soul will call for

Your heart will beat for

Perhaps, this will be my last letter

From me to you,

Because,

For your smile is not mine anymore

For your laughter is only for him

For your song is whispered for him

For your heart is not mine and never mine.

You who I cannot touch, cannot hold

You who I can only see, I can only love

So,

Here I am,

Shadowed by the sun

Alone in my cold throne

Devoid of your smile

Betrayed of your love

Shunned by my sorrow

Hiding,

Weeping,

Wailing,

Grieving,

Oh, dearest,

How I wish I was your only sun

So I can have your love

And your soul will sing only for mine

But, my love,

You deserve your sun, your love and your world.

So I can only wish you your happiness

From this far throne of mine,

I wish only for your love, your happiness and your laughter.

So I pray for your joy and your love for him.

Be happy, dearest.

You will always be in my heart, my sunflower.

~End~

(Dedicated to my sunflower who already found her sun)
